About our program
Our 22-week Office Administration certificate program prepares you to become a valued addition to any office setting. You will develop key skills in human resources management, interpersonal effectiveness and workplace relations, as well as office procedures, records management and customer relationship management. You will learn to enhance organizational efficiency, foster positive workplace dynamics and manage customer interactions and records effectively. You will build a strong foundation in both verbal and written business communication skills to ensure effective interaction in any business environment. Hands-on training in Microsoft Office applications develops your proficiency in creating professional documents, managing and analyzing data, and effectively handling communication, scheduling, and task organization using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
