About our program
Our 22-week Human Resources certificate program enhances essential skills in workplace relationships, talent management and compliance with employee rights to improve team performance and create a safe work environment. You will learn to develop strategies for motivation, team building, conflict resolution and effective training that help foster a collaborative, supportive and efficient work environment. You will develop skills in financial management and accounting that provide a foundation for strategic decision-making, budgeting, and payroll compliance, and gain an essential knowledge of labor relations, collective agreements, and employee rights.. You will be prepared to pursue opportunities in diverse sectors, including corporate, healthcare, education, government, non-profit, retail, hospitality and more.
